MDVIP Wellness Program
Your membership includes the annual MDVIP Wellness Program comprised of advanced screenings and tests to assess the following areas:

MDVIP Connect
MDVIP Connect includes the MDVIP Connect website and app. Through either, you are able to communicate securely with your doctor and their staff. You can also manage your profile and payments as well as receive support from MDVIP.
You can also download results from your MDVIP Wellness Program (if available), search and create customized meal plans and recipes, and choose from a library of exercise videos and workout programs.
- To get started, simply go to MDVIP Connect (Click me) and click "Register Now"
- Enter your Activation Code. (MDVIP sends this to the email address we have on file for you once your membership is activated. If you don't have your Activation Code, you'll find instructions on the MDVIP site to help you.
- Create a username and password.
